Can I arrive before the gates open?

No. There is no pre-parking area or facility to receive vehicles or attendees before 09:00 on 28 August.

When will the artist timetable be announced?

Usually one to two weeks before the festival, through the official website and social media channels.

2. Tickets
Where can I buy my ticket?

Can ticket phase dates and prices change?

Yes. When one phase sells out, the next phase may become available immediately at the corresponding price.

How much do tickets cost?
  • Phase 2: €95
  • Last Phase: €105
  • Gate ticket: €120

Will tickets be available at the entrance?

Yes, provided the festival has not sold out. If it sells out, this will be announced through the official channels.

Are day tickets available?

There are no day tickets for Friday or Saturday. A specific Sunday ticket is available.

How much is the Sunday ticket?

The Sunday ticket costs €70. A limited number will be available from Saturday, 29 August, at 23:50, provided the festival has not sold out.

Can I enter on Saturday with a Sunday ticket?

No. A full festival pass is required to enter before 23:50 on Saturday.

Are tickets refundable?

No, except in the circumstances set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Do I need to show identification?

Yes. A valid identification document may be requested to confirm your age or the details linked to the ticket.

3. Resale, transfer and ticket name
Can I share my ticket?

No. Each ticket allows one valid entry only and must not be shared or duplicated.

Can I resell my ticket?

Yes, exclusively through Shotgun Resale.

Can I buy or sell a ticket through TicketSwap?

No. Resale through TicketSwap is prohibited under the Terms and Conditions. Tickets purchased through that platform will not be accepted at the entrance.

What happens when a ticket is resold through Shotgun?

The ticket details and ownership are automatically transferred to the new buyer.

Do I need to change the name on the ticket?

No, provided the ticket was purchased through the official channels. Whenever possible, we recommend that the group enters with the original purchaser.

The payment was charged, but I did not receive my ticket. What should I do?

Contact Shotgun support and provide:

  • Proof of payment
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • The transaction amount and date
  • A description of the issue
4. Age and children
What is the minimum age for entry?

The general minimum age is 16. Anyone under 16 may enter when accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

Do children need a ticket?

Children under 14 enter free of charge. They must remain accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Can minors consume alcohol?

No. Alcohol may only be sold to and consumed by people aged 18 or over.

5. Camping
Is camping included in the ticket?

Yes. The camping area is included with the full festival pass and no reservation is required.

Can I bring my own tent?

Yes. Booking Domo Camp accommodation is not mandatory.

What time does the campsite open?

On 28 August at 09:00.

Can I camp the day before?

No. Access to the campsite begins on 28 August at 09:00.

How long can I remain at the campsite?

Until 14:00 on 31 August.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Yes, for personal consumption in the camping area. Glass containers are not allowed.

Can I cook next to my tent?

No. Open fires, camping gas and stoves are not allowed. Please use only the designated areas equipped with grills.

6. Domo Camp
What is Domo Camp?

It is an external accommodation service offering pre-pitched tents and more comfortable options.

No. The festival ticket must be purchased separately.

On 28 August at 09:00.

How can I check availability or make a booking?

All questions about bookings, changes or accommodation conditions must be addressed directly to the Domo Camp team.

7. Campervans and parking
Is there an area for campervans?

Yes. The festival has a designated Caravan Park.

What time does the Caravan Park open?

On 28 August at 09:00.

Can I arrive with my campervan before the gates open?

No. There are no pre-parking facilities before 09:00 on 28 August.

Is there parking near the festival site?

Yes. Availability depends on traffic flow and capacity at the time of arrival.

Can I reserve or guarantee a parking space?

No. It is not possible to reserve or guarantee a specific space in advance.

Are there usually queues on the first day?

Waiting times depend on the flow of arrivals and cannot be predicted.

8. Transport
Does the festival provide official transport?

No.

How can I travel by public transport?
  • Rede Expressos provides coach connections to Oliveira do Hospital.
  • From there, you will need to take a taxi or other local transport.

9. Entry, wristbands and re-entry
Can I leave and re-enter the festival?

Yes. After receiving your wristband, you may leave and re-enter during the validity period of your ticket.

What happens if I lose or damage my wristband?

A lost, removed or damaged wristband may become invalid. Contact the entrance team immediately.

Can I enter separately from the original purchaser?

Yes, provided you have a valid individual ticket. When tickets are part of the same order, we recommend that the group enters with the original purchaser.

10. Prohibited items and behaviour

Only with prior authorisation or accreditation.

Can I smoke at the festival?

You must follow all signs and instructions from the organisation. Smoking is prohibited in the parking areas.

11. Animals
Can I bring my pet?

No. Animals are not allowed in the festival site, campsite, Caravan Park or parking areas. They may not be left inside vehicles or campervans.

Are assistance dogs allowed?

Yes, provided they are legally recognised and accompanied by the required documentation. We recommend contacting the organisation in advance.

12. Food, drinks and payments
Is there a food area?

Yes. The festival has a dedicated food area.

Can I bring food?

Yes, for personal consumption in the camping area.

Is there an ATM on site?

There is no cash machine for withdrawals. Electronic payment options will be available, but we recommend bringing some cash as well.

Will tobacco be sold on site?

Yes, subject to availability.

13. Health and safety
Will medical assistance be available?

Yes. Medical and security teams will be present throughout the festival.

Can I light a fire?

No. Open fires are strictly prohibited.

Can I use camping gas or a stove?

No. These items are not permitted.

Is there an area for families and children?

Yes. The Young Tribe Area is dedicated to families and younger attendees. Children must remain accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
